These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of bluefox-casino on bluefox-ca.com. Effective date: 22 October 2025.
Definitions

- User/You/Player: A natural person who registers and uses the Site.
- Account: A personal, single-user gaming account on the Site.
- Bet/Wager: A stake placed on a game or event via the Site using cash or bonus funds.

- Bonus/Promotion: Any promotional offer, including bonus funds, free spins, cashback, or similar incentives, subject to specific promotion terms.

Account Registration

Betting & Gameplay Rules

- Placing Bets: Bets are accepted only when confirmed by the system. Minimum/maximum stakes are set per game/provider and shown in-game. Once placed, bets cannot be canceled or changed except as permitted by the game rules.
- Game Outcomes: RNG games use certified random number generators; live dealer outcomes are determined by the live game provider. The result displayed by our servers is final.
- Errors/Malfunctions: If a technical error or malfunction occurs, affected bets/spins may be voided and stakes refunded to the Cash Balance. Obvious pricing/display errors render associated bets void.
- Conduct & Chat: Abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior; collusion; use of bots/scripts; chip-dumping; or exploiting bugs is prohibited. We may mute chat, remove access, or close accounts for violations.
- Fair Use: Use of VPNs, multiple accounts, or coordinated play to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden. We may adjust balances to correct obvious errors and withhold winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
Bonus Terms

- Activation: Each promotion sets its own eligibility, activation steps, and any required deposit or code. Only one Account per person/household/IP may claim a given offer.
- Wagering & Timeframes: The specific wagering requirement, qualifying games, maximum bet during wagering, and expiry period are stated in the promotion's terms on the Site's Promotions/Cashier pages. Unused/expired bonuses and related winnings may be removed upon expiry.
- Game Contributions: Different games contribute differently toward wagering (e.g., most slots higher; table and live games lower or excluded). The contribution table for each offer applies.
- Prohibited Actions: Hedging or zero-risk strategies; placing low-risk bets to meet wagering; using multiple accounts; collusion; or exploiting software glitches is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and confiscation of related winnings.
- Combining Promotions: Unless expressly permitted, only one active bonus applies at a time. Cashback/free spin winnings may carry separate conditions as stated in their specific terms.
- Bonus Abuse: We may refuse, withhold, or withdraw a bonus and associated winnings if abuse or breach is suspected, subject to applicable law and fairness requirements.
Payments & Withdrawals

- Deposits: Deposits credit the Cash Balance upon confirmation. We may set method-specific limits shown in the Cashier. Third-party payments are not allowed.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals are, where possible, returned via the original deposit method. Processing begins after KYC/AML checks. Typical internal review is up to 0-3 business days; payout delivery depends on method (e.g., e-wallets often within 24 hours after approval; cards 2-5 business days; bank 3-7 business days). Actual times may vary.
- Fees & Currency: We may charge reasonable processing or currency conversion fees; any fees are disclosed in the Cashier. Your Account operates in CAD unless otherwise stated; FX rates may apply.

- Chargebacks & Recovery: Filing a chargeback may result in Account suspension, recovery of amounts due, and reporting to payment providers and authorities where required.
- Refunds/Void Bets: If a game round is voided due to malfunction or error, the stake may be returned to your Cash Balance. Bonuses used in voided rounds may be reinstated or removed per the original promo terms.
- Compliance: We may delay or refuse payments where required by AML/CTF laws or these Terms until satisfactory documents are received and reviewed.
Limitation of Liability

- Procedure: We will notify you where lawful and practicable, stating reasons and next steps. We may freeze balances during investigations.
- Funds: Upon closure, Cash Balance (net of chargebacks, fees, or lawful set-off) is paid to you unless prohibited by law or these Terms. Bonus funds and incomplete bonuses are removed.
- Self-Exclusion: On request, we will self-exclude your Account per our responsible gambling procedures.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If unresolved, you may escalate to our compliance team via support, and thereafter you may submit a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority's Player Support service. Court proceedings, where applicable, shall be brought in the competent Maltese courts.
- No Provincial Regulation: The Site is not regulated by any Canadian provincial authority (including iGaming Ontario). You must not use the Site from provinces/territories where local licensing is required.
